Die Reden am Ende waren gut. Es wurde an Stonewall – es war ja Jahrestag – erinnert, und sehr gut beschrieben, warum wir immer wieder auf CSDs gehen.

Ein männlicher Redner hinter einem Mikro. Er sieht zwischen 40 und 60 aus, trägt eine Mütze und eine Brille. Er hat eine Ordner-Binde. Auf seinem T-Shirt steht "Science is real, black lives matter, no human is illegal, love is love, women's rights are human rights, kindness in everything" in Regenbogenfarben. Justizministerin Jacqueline Bernhardt bei ihrer Rede. Sie spricht sich für eine Null-Tolaranz-Politik gegen Rechtsextremismus aus. Eine vermutlich weibliche Person hält eine Rede über Alltagsdiskriminierung. Ich musste fast bei Weinen, so sehr hat sie den Kern des Protests getroffen.

Ebenfalls für mich unerwartet war für mich das Bilden eines kleinen "Blocks" mit Pyrotechnik vor der Demo – trotz der kämpferischen Darstellung blieb alles friedlich. Ich weiß noch nicht, was ich davon halten soll, aber irgendwie passend zum Jahrestag von Stonewall.

Nahaufnahme der Aktivisten. Einer wirft gerade eine grüne Rauchfackel nach vorne, aus der dichter Rauch austritt. Ein anderer hat gerade eine orangene ausgepackt. Die Rauchfackeln zeigen nun deutlich einen Regenbogen, und das Banner ist nun klar erkenntlich: "Macker und Nazis finden wir ja eher peinlich!", dazu zwei Dinos, ein Anarchismussymbol, und das Logo von "Resistance MV". Durch den umherziehenden Rauch ist das ganze Bild etwas blass.

A frog! I shot this after sundown, illuminated by an LED streetlight. Longer exposures made the frog blurry (it breathes!), ISO 800 is nearly noise free.
