Makes sense. We "consumers of Magic content" (urgh) are generally invested players who are more likely to be turned off by UB in general and Spidey in particular. The players UB brings in are new, less invested, and less likely to even know to look for content. Magic getting wider and shallower.

This card leaves everyone plenty of resources to rebuild with, while cutting down those who had an early burst, and I want to see more like it. Compare it to mass-artifact removal (the universal source of ramp) and it's quite weak even.

Strong disagree. Green ramp is currently an almost untouchable strategy, and is the main reason why GUx decks tend to dominate. Having ways to punish or curtail those strategies without trampling too hard on others is important.

You absolutely can and should. It's the responsibility of the owner, aka whoever is paying for the servers to run the thing. If a dog bites someone, it's the owners fault. If a child runs amok the parents can be sued for damages. LLMs cannot and must not be used to dodge responsibility.
