A figure from a research paper showing a plot of height in cm vs. hand length in mm. The plot shows the average height H in cm of a person can be correlated to their hand length x in mm via the relation H=0.77*x+29.62 with an r value of 0.86. Although the average follows this trend overall hand length is shown to vary fairly significantly with height above and below the average with deviations of up to 15 mm, data is also sorted by binary gender assigned at birth of the measurements.

Random idea I got at the beginning of the month of making a belt for pride. It turned out better than I ever expected.
A leather belt (for holding up pants) I made with a rainbow pattern for pride. The pattern features ogival chevrons down the strap of leather with each chevron being a consecutive color of a typical pride flag. This view also shows the buckle and the securing pins. The end of the pride belt showing the ogival chevron rainbow pattern continuing all the way to the end of the material as well as the holes for securing the buckle.
