Really old piece, before I knew how to deal with muddy colors.
Vas holding a ghostly form of Syf. I'm not entirely sure what her "true" form even is at this point, as far as canonical story stuff.

It's actually a huge relief to be able to tell myself that I don't have to put in much detail at all in the backgrounds of my comic pages. Less work for me, and hopefully better-paced releases of content for you guys.

Scaling down on the level of detail for comic pages is so difficult for me. But if I can manage that, this story would get out to you guys so much more quickly.
I guess I'm still prototyping my comic pages. I did finish another page yesterday for the first time since 2023, so that's something.

I just realized anaether.net is now owned by someone else who isn't even really using it. I totally forgot to renew the domain months ago. I'm not sure what to do next but I'm thinking.

Finally completed this piece. I can't remember the last time I completed a painting of Vas. I think I had a ton of art block for the past year or two, but I might be coming out of it right now.

here's some doodly action animation thingy with Vas. I'll probably kinda refine it over time... I might get into a flow state with this project, but I'm betting not. I'll likely explore more on the way Vas moves through animation.

I totally wanted to do Artfight this year and even make up for the attacks I didn't get to last year... but I ended up going into labor like 3 weeks early. Long story short, the baby is just over a week old now, healthy and I'm getting used to be tired all the time lol.

Been feeling pretty art-blocked lately. I think this year for me, especially with how it's basically booked up by this pregnancy and baby plans... among other things... will just be whatever artwork I can scrape up from the bit of energy I have these days.
