This Friday's beer is a double IPA from Azvex brewery from Liverpool! It's so easy to drink that I would prefer a little more bitterness. It's nicely fragrant, citrusy and a little creamy, but the lack of hoppiness makes it feel like I'm drinking Fanta.

Its body could be a little fuller and the whiskey infusion could be a little more noticeable, but the vanilla sweetness is nicely balanced.

And I just cooked the wrapped foils on a pan for twenty minutes or so to let it all steam in the flavour juices.

If you want a simple but an incredibly tasty dinner, just put, salmon and mushrooms (and little bit of onion) in foil, put a bit of butter, soy sauce and/or miso in with the ingredients, wrap the foil, and cook on a pan (or on open fire I guess).
