Committed to learning another move, Cerulean continues to wander in the cold. He walks for a little bit, and feels something under his paws. Noticing it, he grabs it, and looks at it. Yep, another Ice-Type TM. With a nod, he puts part of it in his mouth to carry it and continue--

Cerulean's wandering out in the snow, and sees an item in the distance. Curious, he walks to it and picks it up.

He takes a closer look at it. It's a TM, more specifically TM14, Blizzard.
