The domain/server costs depend entirely on your needs and domain/extension combo. You can plug in some domains into a domain name registrar to get an idea for how much it might cost - like porkbun.com or www.namecheap.com. For the server host, I use www.hetzner.com, but the price scales up.

Depends! I've paid $17.16/yr. for my f66.dev domain name, and I'm pointing it to my own server hosted elsewhere for $15/mo. You can use a provider that handles all of this for you, or go the DIY approach like I have—paying for both separately and hooking them up myself.
