What a mad 'system'. It's everyone's heritage that's not only being stolen from the public but paid for too.

The head could be but it would only have 1 pair of wings if true fly. Looks a bit like butterfly to me but no antennae. The dragonfly is pretty accurate. Will have to trawl through some insect books.
