Je kunt het gewoon over de toonbank verkrijgen. Alles wat je aan D-Mannose ineemt, plas je ook weer uit. Er blijft dus niks in je bloed achter, ofzo. Het wordt niet door het lichaam opgenomen. Ik ben echt verbijsterd dat er zo weinig over bekend is bij huisartsen.

Ik hoor niemand over D-Mannose tegen blaasontstekingen!
Dat is mijn redding geweest.
Het werkt door zich aan de Ecoli-bacteriën te hechten, zodat ze zich niet aan de blaaswand kunnen vastzetten. De bacteriën worden vervolgens met de urine uitgescheiden. Werkt bij mij even snel als antibiotica.

Unlikely, but still possible, in these surrealistic times.
