After a week of about 60 hours of #website #design work, I have developed what I believe is called "mouse shoulder". Have a 🔥 pain inside my shoulder. I think I'm also trapping nerves by resting my forearm underside on the corner edge of the desk. So I'm resting and ralgexing (cold spray?) #relaxinx
