I’ll try my best to present my own interpretation of what happened later on. I’m still kinda bitter but content . Very funny manga but it did have tense romantic scenes which put me on the edge of panic. (I so desperately wanted them to be endgame) lol stay tuned I guess.

Hanas feelings for izumi isn’t explicit but somehow implied definitely . She’s not fully sure but she cares for him and she may like him. I guess this is my take on this, it’s somehow semi canon (which aughhh) but at least it’s better than nothing right?? I’ll definitely have my take on this soon!

I think taking the route of whereby Hana and izumi being official and their last scene being them being in a relationship is a thing people would see coming since it’s a romance manga. I really do have mixed feelings about that last scene, I feel content yet really sad. This manga was really fun

It definitely reminds me of ouran and I wish it could get an anime adaptation..ahhhh I really thought they would be official I’m so disheartened… then again I feel like the mangaka made this intentional, it’s up to the readers mind in what happens next.

The same room which they shared laughter bickering and love and determination for hockey (even though they end up travelling) being empty and the door closing at that scene somehow is kind heartbreaking??? It reminds me of my last days of secondary school and primary, taking one last look

And the thing about the club room being empty as the last scene really hit me. They’re all graduating soon and going their separate ways, i didn’t expect the manga to end so soon since I believed chapter 53.5 would be the final chapter to conclude the story

Izumi had to fuck it up of course which god damn. I just really wish there was some sort of continuation or revival to develop their romance (like peach girl) but that is incredibly impossible as the author passed away rip..

I wasn’t completely unsatisfied with the ending, it felt like it was left up to interpretation. But it leaves a sour taste in my mouth how I don’t get a full clear view of hanas feelings for izumi, I’m pretty pedantic since I shipped them a lot!!
