I think narratively people kind of draw imaginary lines with Kojika on what is bad writing and what gets a pass. Like yeah there’s some dumb stuff, but there’s always been dumb stuff that we all collectively just to ignore.

I know some Xbox faithfuls might have some feelings about it understandably but Xbox has being transition into more of a service than an actual box for a while now
