I saw a Team Skull Eevee from the anime and I wanted to doodle him.

Kinda wanna keep him around, but I haven't decided on a name yet .w.

I did also do an alt for it with her having more "normal" eyes, for anyone who doesn't like the fully blue ones. No shame, I wasn't fully sold on em either at first. x3
