I see some rage or hate towards GGG in the comments. But, you have to understand that the target dates are set long before they are announced. If it was released earlier, then the product isn't ready, and later would mean releasing it during easter. This is likely why they both picked this date.

Okay dude, so that's a no... If this was true, the Russian goverment would boast about it, Ukraine would already have fallen a LONG time ago, and Russia would not have to drag North Korea in to it. Believing anything else is just coping.
