Before this year, I’d never gotten below an hour for a 10K, today during my 8 mile run, I got 10K done in almost 57 minutes. Looking forward to using this momentum as I train for London Marathon and hopefully get closer to a 4:30 marathon

I completed the NYC Marathon and it thoroughly kicked my ass. Going to do it again some day and kick its ass back

Running NYC Marathon tomorrow for this first time. Running with Team Fox in memory of my grandfather who died 20 years ago. Very excited for this opportunity
