It’s salad season!!! Only in spring/summer do I make elaborate salads with homemade dressing. I get a lot of inspo from the cookbook Six Seasons, if anyone wants a recommendation!
This salad is: arugula, salad turnips, radishes, orange, and avocado over labneh, with a citrus dressing & poppyseeds.

I love a non-traditional breakfast, and we made this squash congee for dinner the other day. Today, I had it for brekkie with an egg poached in it. 10/10.

In our newsletters, we mention what we’re reading, eating, & drinking these days. I just finished A Psalm for the Wild-Built, which was a beautiful read and I’d highly recommend!
