Community Safety & Well Being Plan needs full support to address safety/crime differently (esp. after vote to dissolve Community & Social Impact Regina). Today, I encountered this video on campus. I'm lost for words. RPS is asking for a 2.25% increase this year. Is this approach working? #yqr #yqrcc
