French cyclist Aude Biannic has revealed that she was pregnant without knowing while riding the cobbled classic Paris-Roubaix in 2024.

Biannic did not take a test before the Tour of Flanders or Paris-Roubaix as she wanted to concentrate on the famous one-day races.
