These are really bad statistics George. You shouldn't be spreading the nonsense idea that unless your enemy has you on a list of known fighters, that means you must be a civilian.

17% of casualties are named fighters in an Israeli database. There were plenty of other men of "fighting age" killed in Gaza, but Israel didn't have their names listed. If your standard for "is an enemy combatant" is "your enemy has your name in a database" you're going to get bad statistics.
