Agreed, fine for offsides where it's objective. If it continues to be used it should be allowed for a limited time (say 10-20 seconds) so that it's just for the blatantly obvious mistakes

I'd like to think (and am hoping it will be the case) that the plan is for nobody to start more than 40x in all comps. If we are building all this depth we need to be brave enough to rotate and use it
