The good news about windows is as long as they are up you can ignore them not working! (In college my friend drove around for like a year with a driver-side window that didn’t work. She never actually got it fixed- she ended up totaling that car avoiding a deer 😂)

I took a class in high school called “international lifestyles & cuisine” that sounds like what you were hoping for- learn about a culture & then cook a traditional dish from that culture. My only mistake was taking it right AFTER lunch instead of before
