Love that I've gone and bought a $50 game in Expedition 33, and then proceeded to sink an ungodly amount of time into a free-to-play gatcha game instead

Something to be said about the monetary value of games...

The unit I was most surprised by was Tiki. She joins at an astonishingly low level of 20, and after hitting 30, reclassing her back to level 1 means she grows even faster. Her HP/DEF/RES is so high that she can tank in Lunatic mode. She can also yoink Say'ri for a SPD pair-up, insanely low effort

This playthrough opened my eyes to how useful child units can be, even in a no-grinding context. They can inherit Galeforce from their parents which is already amazing, but Chrom's kids in particular both join with Aether, so combining the two is a match made in heaven.

I tried running Cordelia and Vaike together, but they started falling off very hard by mid-game. I think Gregor and Vaike are both equally as viable, but it feels like they both require more effort to stay relevant than I gave them.

Griffin!Panne with Assassin!Lon'qu has so much STR/SPD/MOV that she was able to one-round anything I needed her to. Lon'qu having bow access was also useful for just how frequent enemy fliers are in this game.

I ran with a crackhead reclass of Sniper!Chrom, and it's actually amazing paired with Sumia. The pair-up gives Sumia desperately needed STR/DEF bonuses, and having bows on dual-strike was very good. Investing heavily in Sumia also gives you a whopping 3 units with Galefore (Herself and her kids).
