If anyone has any suggestions for moving on from YouTube in a way that gets revenue (and doesn’t cost money) I’m all ears.

Vimeo is a non-starter as it’s bragging about being AI powered.

I’m open to suggestions but I don’t think there are any good ones.

Canon material isn’t a bad concept.

For reference this is from the 2nd edition main #vtm rulebook.

The concept of ‘if you don’t like this part of whatever’ has always been baked into the rules.

Putting Canon material into the game isn’t a bad thing and helps storytellers and players.

A snippet from the Vampire the Masquerade main rulebook about settings that reads: *Other World: Though vampire is already set in a gothic-punk world, you can elect to place it in a setting even more removed from our own reality. A chronicle can be forged from the fantasy, post-holocaust, science fiction or even cyberpunk genres. You can twist and change the setting to nearly anything your fervid imagination can invoke, though it can help your players visualize your setting if it is taken from a movie or novel. You can even craft your chronicle around a fictional setting, such as the horrific worlds of HP Lovecraft, or Jarring Tolkien’s Middle Earth. Vampire can work well in nearly any kind of medieval fantasy campaign, especially when the undead comprise much or all of the nobility. Depending on what type of setting you use, you can create a radically different mood for your chronicle than what is described in this book. If you have the creativity and time you might as well use it.
