and don't get me wrong, I agree that Purdy wasn't good tonight at all - there is no denying that. I'm just saying the entire team is a mess and this season/loss is not just a "QB" issue

Deebo is the biggest disappointment of the year to me - he has straight up sucked most of the year. Jennings is getting defended by the best CB now - which he's not good enough to shake (not his fault, he's a WR2, not WR1).
For some reason, Shanahan's offense just doesn't feature Kittle enough.

Trent Dilfer, Nick Foles, and Joe Flacco won super bowls. Purdy is better than all of them (that's not really saying much, I know). Just a point that you don't have to have an all-time great QB to win the super bowl. Sure, it helps, but the margins are so slim in the NFL, you need a full team.

I think that's fair to be unimpressed. It's been a tough year from the start for us life long niners fans. At some point though not having the weapons around you hurts. NFL DCs are smart and the difference between an elite offense and a below-average offense is very, very small in the NFL.

Deebo doesn't drop that ball, niners likely win - that was a killer. Purdy also wasn't going to get a monster contract, so he's the least concern on the roster. Mostly though, injuries just killed this season.

huh? You're kidding, right? This is not a good team at all - QB is the least concern at the moment. The defense is a mess, there is only one legit NFL WR on the roster (Jennings - pearsall will be eventually), we are on like the fourth string RB, and the right side of the OL is beyond horrible.
