Oh so many to pick from...my dad as HOD English played many characters in school plays one I remember is when I was 6 he played Mr Bumble in Oliver so stated early with Dickens! When 12 saw Juliet Stevenson in As you like it in Stratford who was amazing! Saw Alan Rickman in Private Lives incredible

2. Need to more women to be in roles such as SLT but with flexibility eg job share, part time
3. Being part time or being able to job share and still feel part of a team.
4. Being valued and listened to as an 'older' female member of staff.
5. Menopause, pregnancy and women's health
