Or ask if they have CaptiView Devices or any Subtitle Device.
Some have glasses and some you screw it into the cup and there's an arm to it.
Obviously the open captions are best.

thankfully, alot still do yes. I know in my smallish area there's summer programs where they hire kids to "fix it" during summer, and the main librarians simply maintain it.
