Just a regular person 🤷
An onslaught of Trump rhetoric. His followers seem to have a blind loyalty based largely on their feelings.

He couldn’t help himself. It’s not who he is.

Really enjoyed the podcast. Rose Wang is a breath of fresh air. What a beautiful contrast to the usual Silicon Valley outputs

The contrast with Joe Biden’s speech on Monday is stark. Harris/Walz are uplifting, joyful & optimistic.

They’re doing a good job of defining who Kamala Harris is as a person. She seems to be a genuinely warm person with values you might want to see in more public servants.

I thought all Trusts had moved long ago to partial booking where they ask you to phone them to make an appointment for a time that suits.

Yes, I’ve often thought that there must be scope for growth that doesn’t increase carbon loads, but most climate activists seem to disagree with that theory. Have any countries demonstrated it yet or is it hard to judge given the ways to “hide” carbon emissions?

Totally agree. And more money will be spent chasing speculative AI solutions than in basic solutions which would make a difference. Public sector orgs will be told that they can get extra funding as long as it’s spent on AI.

A hugely difficult problem to solve.

Not surprising given the size of X, but Rome wasn’t built in a day & now that it’s becoming obvious that X pays for hate, who wants to be associated with that? The long term prospects for X are poor while Musk remains in control.

Heartbreaking

I’m surprised there’s not more interest. A lot of Premier League teams need a proven striker

Sorry to see him go. He seemed a more moderate leader than many unionists & if given more time, could have taken unionism in a more positive appealing direction. Did key officers in the party oppose that shift despite its electoral successes?
