At its core, this is an education problem. The education system in the West has failed, and it keeps getting worse. An informed, educated population would never make these decisions. But no one cares because ignorance is somehow more fun, even if it means destroying everything.

The irony is that most of these same people don’t even vote, while the older generations sit quietly, making decisions that are slowly running our country into the ground. 90-year-old men making decisions about tech like it’s some kind of magic they don't understand.
