Likely Kevin Warsh whose record leans hawkish which will help allay concerns of the Fed becoming Trump's puppet. If the market sees it that way, long rates are likely to decline in a sigh of relief.

Trump's attack on universities is defunding science grants that have contributed to the US lead in biotech. RFK at HHS is also defunding science and withholding data. Meanwhile, China is rapidly catching up in Biotech and will soon surpass the US in biotech due to these US policy errors.
