Personally, one of the biggest draws of Morfonica to me is the band dynamic. There's just something so incredibly warming about it. I don't even mean in a "cute girls doing cute thing" manner, they *do* get into disagreements, but when I look at this art, I just think how could anyone not love them?

I'm glad I didn't listen to everyone who complained that this wasn't yuri. Not only is it definitely yuri, but it's a heartfelt exploration of loneliness and finding your place in the world. Koyuki is also a very young-Onion-coded character.

I love how Tomori truly wants to understand Taki and wants connect with her. And the fact that Tomori's lyrics made Taki realize that it's all right for her to be alive!! TakiTomo is so good.

I love TakiTomo and how they give this sense of peace to each other and how they feel that peace only with each other. I love how Tomori has the power to bring out Taki's softer and vulnerable side. I love how soft Taki is for Tomori, how devoted she is to her and how protective she is of her.

Tenka (the main character) has gotten over Harumi for the most part. Later a boy idol group becomes part of the story and one of the guy's in the group is interested in Tenka but she turns him down. Sadly there is no yuri in it, not even undertones.

I have to correct that the two MCs are not competing over a dude since Eiran is completely oblivious to Harumi's (the dude) affections on her and she herself is not interested in Harumi. Eiran has been absent/gone from the story since chapter 12 and Harumi has been absent/gone since chapter 16.

Eiran (the other girl) is not interested in the dude and has has been gone from the story since chapter 12. Later a boy idol group becomes part of the story and one of the guy's in the group is interested in the FMC but the FMC turned him down. Sadly there is no yuri in it, not even undertones. 2/2
