Melatonin ever night helps me sleep a lot better

I also find the hardest nights to get to sleep are after I’ve been too tired to do anything all day. Getting some outdoors time or exercise helps with that

Apparently, there is an exactly 50% chance you win or lose either going first or second. Not only that, it is exactly even odds no matter how many bullets are in the chamber, as long as it is an even number.

It depends how much you value the packaging. Personally I think trying to change human nature is a folly and you’re better off wrapping quality, positive content in negative / clickbait titles & thumbnails.

It’s going to be the year of make or break for RSCs. Either they can make the model friendly and grokable enough to be picked up, or devs will decide that the marginal benefits of preventing waterfalls is not worth the churn and use simpler naive approaches like loaders or tanstack query/start

Fwiw I read a comment on reddit from someone studying disinformation who said that while there are plenty of bots, the impact they had on changing peoples minds was pretty minor and there really are just a lot of people out there with weird political views
