They are actually a supermassive neutron-made life form, that's why they are chilling :D
Idk if you can get to any orbit from there but if you did you could probably go around to other solar systems and screw everything up only with your presence :D

Maybe one day we'll manage to modulate photons that are more in the x-ray wavelengths than the UV ones to get impossibly high bandwidths, and have giant optical telescopes to focus them, just spitballing 😅
