A close friend has been begging me to get into the Duskwalker series for months! I just started A Soul to Keep this morning on the drive in to work, but I did enjoy the 30 minutes of listening I did so far.

Ask him if he ever sells anything after using it once… he must not understand the joy of a reread!

I read the physical descriptions of the FMC and think “wow I changed quite a bit for this role” 😂

I didn’t know this! I’ve had a subscription for a few years. I don’t hit that many books every month, but I’m certainly going to try to do it more knowing this.

Anathema by Keri Lake! I read it recently and loved it. It definitely scratched the itch after One Dark Window and Two Twisted crowns.

They are incomparable - there is still Tamlin hate because the series is unfinished (and he may never redeem himself!) but Chaol is perfectly okay to like! Your mind may change back and forth throughout the series, but in the end, Chaol is not like Tamlin at all

I received SO many good book recs from TikTok, plus I loved seeing the fanart and hearing various theories about my favorite stories/characters. I was a serial commenter on booktok, so this transition works for me (although I will definitely miss the edits and videos from readers!)
