Last weekend, it was a real pleasure to welcome to Alliance Française de Cork two French Senators from the Senate's French-Irish Friendship Group, Senator Pierre Médevielle (President of the group) and Senator Philippe Folliot, accompanied by Hon. Consul of France in Cork Josselin Le Gall.

Today I was delighted to attend the launch of the 200-Million Cork Airport Capital Development Plan by An Taoiseach Micheál Martin.

It was also an opportunity to present An Taoiseach with the AF Cork "French Language Passeport" I created with the support of the French Embassy in Ireland.

As President of the national AIPLF and of AF de Cork, my favourite month is always #FrancophonieMonth!
