Care fatigue is a thing. We want to fix all the wrongs, but can only watch in abject horror and make our few phone calls or emails.

However, you can take care of you. You are a priority. Then, take care of the person closest to you. Give hugs. Say 'I love you'

Then find the next person and repeat
