Quilting, longarm quilting, paper piecing, epp, and machine embroidery are a few of my favorite things to do. Mix in being outdoors exploring nature, gardening, camping, my pets and my family Maine Coon kitties Tavi and Gunnar.
Very pretty! I've been working on my Moncarapacho off and on for a couple of years. I always have several quilts going for various reasons. I like your adaptation!

The stitches melt into the fabric with 80 wt. I use Aurifil cotton but an easy start is DecoBob's multi color pack of bobbins. 80 wt polyester. I change colors to blend but some do only use beige, white or black. That is a less costly investment.
