A future European Oceans Pact 🌊🇪🇺🎏 was announced by @vonderleyen.ec.europa.eu in July as a holistic @ec.europa.eu approach to all #ocean related policies.

Emissions from power and industry installations have achieved a historic reduction of 16.5%.

Currently, ETS emissions are approximately 47.6% below 2005 levels, well on track to meet the 2030 target of a 62% reduction.
