Ah I see. Yeah, I imagine they’re replete with problems that they needed solved yesterday. Hopefully, they’re not expecting you to undertake such massive lifts without support…or accomplish them in an unrealistic timeframe.

I mean, it typically takes new hires at least a few weeks (some times months) to be fully acclimated and productive in a new workplace. Is it possible that this is the chaotic “drinking from a fire hose” first week experience?
