This is a bad move and clearly they are motivated by their bottom line. Amazon has been delivering my packages via a third-party (Intelcom) for two years and the service is awful. They’ve lost numerous packages, delivery is often delayed and when the package arrives it is usually damaged.

Me too. But it’s tricky because they change the delivery date every 24 hours.
