My main takeaway from the screenshots they posted is... this is NOT Dk Pepper. Does... Dk Pepper not exist in this new One Worldline collapsed universe!? How can Okabe win this without the nectar of the Gods!? Heresy!

I figured out a workaround for it last night. It's not perfect, but, it was 3 lines of dialogue added over 3 different scenes to explain it. It's not really 'needed' information, but, some people might pick up on the inconsistency, so, good to have it sorted for those who do.

Yea, I think it's safe to say that Dr. Stone Season 4, Episode 23 is probably my favorite episode of any anime. I think it might be a perfect episode. I'm not sure if I would change a single thing. And then, hearing your name-hearing someone talk for the first time in 7 years, that must be great.
