Planning your life in Spain; what you did not expect

Honestly, you don’t know how it is to live in a place unless you do so. That is, a short, reconnoitering trip really isn’t enough.

Paternalism still pops up unexpectedly in Spain

Normally, I don’t hang around the women’s restrooms, but at a glance I noticed a disparity between the men’s and women’s facilities.

Don't let #FOMO be your only motivation. Planning ahead makes dreams real.
Fear as a positive motivator
Fear can hold you back but it can also propel you forward to make positive changes.

After almost six months of waiting, we've updated our visa status for two more years. The picture is of the line at the Oficina de Extranjería. It's done by very-hard-to-get appointments. That's why it took six months, more or less. #NLV

There’s always been a knock on resort towns about being ghost towns during the offseason. But for those who care to explore during the winter months, the Castell de #Cullera can be a great day trip. Though it sits at the mouth of the Júcar river, Cullera largely escaped the flooding upstream.
