This is bad. The best way to have said this was that “some patients with cancer we know cure is not an option, the intent of treatment is to help them live better and live longer. in your case, there is hope that cancer can be eliminated, and therefore treatment is with curative intent”

Does this have to be compared to chemo? And if so is cpi needed in the control arm?

Zongertiniv is few steps ahead. Data loos similar. What phase 3 studies do we need to make targeted therapy the first line soc?
