I don't know why the SF Chronicle avoids mentioning specifics at all.
But the "violation of workplace conduct policy" alluded to here was a social media post promoting fundraising for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency, which offended some racists.
She was fired for supporting the UN.

To echo the "small pledges help artists stay afloat" sentiment that's been floating around today, if 400 of my followers randomly decided to pledge to my Ko-Fi or Patreon I would be able to pay my rent without worrying, which would be amazing for a disabled artists like me who can't work fast enough
