This is her sister, Marina. They ran away together, but very quickly became separated, and over the decades apart she became a Space Pirate and Revolutionary Hero who successfully overthrew the despotic corporations that ruled the Grand Veil Nebula.

But I'll start with the one. Valcione Solis, a teenage runaway who ended up seizing the reigns of a collapsing government and becoming the successful and beloved ruler of her world.
