Years of misinformation and fighting have proven that observing their opinions, concerns, or trying to change/address them only creates more tension and dissolves unity further. We can only hope they observe what they see and reach their own threshold for change.

This is also why DEI is still important. If the current workforce can't properly advocate for their patients, we need people of the same backgrounds who understand the needs and fears to be accessible and education more widely spread.
