I am certainly choosing to see the amount of autonomy I have as an exciting invitation to grow even though I feel lost and a little overwhelmed sometimes!

I certainly dream of a role where I have the best of both worlds -a healthy amount of autonomy with intentional mentorship and guidance

in my early 20's i learned a ton from experts in my field but was extremely micromanaged. now i am in a spot where I have much more autonomy but feel the weight of responsibility that comes with that. I am going to use this page to track some of my learnings as I start to grow on my own
