Weirdly that is the only thing 16 year olds can do, driving is 17 and drinking and smoking age is 18 (smoking used to be 16 when I was a teenager but they bumped it up to 18 a while back)

16 is the age of consent in the UK too but the point of that is to not criminalise teenagers for doing what teenagers do, not to allow 50 year old men to traffic them for other 50 year old men

I doubt he'd last 10 seconds on regular marathon mode. Modern marathon mode too with infinite spinning
