3rd game of the year, it's a short one but needed a little break from Civ VII, Y:LaD. Journey was a nice short break. The game isn't my cup of tea however, it is very pretty though. Would I recommend it? I mean it's really short and it might surprise you, so yes.

11th game beat of 2025:

Resident Evil 3: Nemesis on my Steam Deck. I've beaten this game many times on the PS1, GameCube, PC, and now Steam Deck.

Civilization VII on PS5 is a beautiful game. It runs extremely well and the changes from the previous title aren't better or worse, just different. Unit management could see an overhaul in controls though. Been a blast with many more hours to come. ❤️❤️

Next up for me is - Yakuza 0 - on PS5. My first Yakuza game. Hopefully I can put in time needed to finish it before Civ comes out in February. Excited to finally jump in!

2nd game of 2025 beat. Finally put in the time and beat GTAV from the backlog. A very solid game, if made a little too long.

- What Remains of Edith Finch -
A short narrative game recommended by my brother. It's a short little game, short stories compiled with an overarching narrative. I was "meh" at first, but later chapters and replays grew on me.

9/10

Currently playing through GTAV on PS5 since I hadn't beaten it before. Having a fun time of it. Really enjoying the differences between the protagonists, and the missions are varied enough to keep you engaged.

Decided to purchase and give Balatro a try due to its recent Nomination for TGA. Have to say, it's pretty damn good and addictive... I can see why it got nominated. 9/10 game.

Having a good time with my Elven Fortune Hunter Mage. I do have some gripes with it but 30 hours in and I'm glad to have given the game a shot. Combat is fun, exploring feels good. The story and writing could use some work but overall happy with it
