I understand your pain my friend. My advice is to try and keep yourself busy. Make new memories. I know it’s not much. I can only tell you that it helps with not spiraling into a depressive hole.

I know it’s easy to feel like you failed in some way. From experience I can tell you don’t let that make you spiral. Always plenty of fault to go around.
