Krav Maga day 7, learning how to get out of a pin when your opponent is behind you can be tricky, it is crucial to time your momentum by redirecting your body perpendicular to theirs, they’ll stumble, you’ll gain composure. After that keep them off balance with kicks punches, etc

I forgot to put Krav Maga day 6, so here it is now lol.
We learnt how to get out of a pinned position by making our opponent fall under their own weight, this also allows us to get in an offensive position by rotating ourselves over them to go for some solid hits.

2 days ago I had to learn the hard way that life is forgiving to no one and that 1 day everything goes fine until a small slip up in a car can take your life.
PSA for folks exiting teen years entering their 20’s. You aren’t invincible, don’t let that sneak up on you.

We learnt about what to do in a rear choke.
Free the airway by getting your fingers in-between theirs, pull to their side and Ram em, use your free arm to attack their groin, stomach, chin, anything to get them off.
Also the gym we did this at was the fanciest place I’ve seen 🤩
